Carp Lake
- Approximately 1.8 acres
- Average depth 8 to 10 feet
- Large head of double figure Carp up to 38lbs.
- The record pleasure catch in one day is 280lbs!

Island Lake
 - Approximately 0.8 acres
- Average depth four to five feet
- Main species are Tench, Crucian Carp, Roach, Rudd, Perch, Small Carp, Barbel and Chub
- Pegs 1 to 30A

 - Approximately 1.4 acres
- Average depth 8 to 10 feet
- Main species are Silver Fish, Bream, Tench, Small Carp, Barbel and Ghost Carp
- This lake is mainly used for club matches
